When it comes to durability, Injen's EVO8008C can't be beat! Some of our competitors use an inferior HDPE linear polyethylene to mold their intakes. HDPE is cheap for manufacturing but doesn't come close to the strength and durability of XLPE polyethylene. The XLPE that Injen uses has 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE, 10 times the molecular weight of HDPE, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE. In other words, Injen's Evolution intake systems are built tough and designed to last!
Product Overview
The Evolution cold air intake system by Injen Technology is the next generation of performance intake systems and the EVO8008C is no exception. The Injen EVO8008C is specifically engineered for the 2019-2022 RAM trucks with the 6.7L Cummins Diesel engine. This amazing intake system was precisely tuned and tested on our in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while increasing horsepower and torque across the entire powerband. The EVO8008C is a beautiful system that features our patented twist-lock filter mounting system, our patented MR technology for precise fueling without check engine lights, a massive 360 degree 8-Layer Oiled Cotton Gauze air filter, a smooth Rotomolded induction tube for reduced restriction levels, and an integrated scoop that seamlessly connects to your factory inlet to deliver that cool, crisp air that your turbo diesel demands.
