Practical guidance for protecting your STREETFX account, checking payment requests and reporting a security concern.

Protect your account

Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure. Sign out on shared devices. Never share your password or one-time verification codes.

Payments and checkout

Make payments through the payment options shown in our checkout. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes by email, text or our contact form.

If checkout stalls or you are unsure whether payment completed, check your payment provider and contact us with your order reference before trying again. A pending authorisation may not be a completed payment.

Check unexpected messages

If a message asks you to change payment details or send sensitive information, verify it using the contact details on our website. Do not rely on contact details supplied only in the unexpected message.

Report a security concern

Email sales@streetfx.com.au with a brief description, the affected page address and the approximate time. Please do not include passwords, full card details or information belonging to other customers. Do not access or change other customers' information when reporting an issue.
