IMPORTANT NOTICE: This unit will not work with early tapered axle designs that used an axle spacer button. This unit is drilled for 7/16 in. ring gear bolts. 8620 case and forged internals. Designed for 3.92 and numerically higher gear ratios.

Its inner clutch teeth have a larger radius at the base, which offers up to 350% greater strength versus back-cut designs. The Grizzly Lockerâ€™s larger teeth also resist breakage caused by shock-loading or catastrophic axle failure. Itâ€™s a serious piece of mechanical engineering for serious driving conditions.
