These forged Johnny Joints feature a smooth steel ball that pivots inside a proprietary urethane shell to provide over 30 degrees of unrestricted Flex movement in any direction. The high-density urethane bushings are very durable and the forged housing withstands torsional forces. Johnny Joints provides proven quiet, shock dampening articulation without the bushing bind that limits the OEM design. Adjustability allows you to center the axle in the wheel-well for proper clearance and a more desirable off-road appearance. Proper alignment relieves driveshaft pinion angle to extend u-joint life and enhances your thrust angle. (Thrust angle is the angle of the rear wheels based on the total rear toe).
