Pardon the pun, but here's the scoop on Scott Drake hood scoops: they're available for first-generation Ford Mustangs—and some are functional, while others are decorative. Open scoops, of course, allow for a greater flow of air to the engine, boosting vehicle performance; closed scoops jazz up your hood, but can also contribute to the aerodynamics. As one of the most prominent aftermarket additions to your muscle car, naturally there are quite a few styles and other options to choose from, such as size, quantity, material, finish, and installation procedure. Browse through the outstanding line of Scott Drake specialty hood scoops here and find the best fit to take your car from a standard look to an aggressive, souped-up road machine!
