Description
Rugged Ridge Spartacus HD tire carriers provide the ultimate in strength and stability for mounting your oversized spare wheel and tire. They're functionally designed to manage the amplified force and vibrations produced during extreme off-road conditions. The carriers upgrade your tailgate hinges to a diecast aluminum casting with forged steel hinge brackets, along with a heavy-duty wheel mount that has a depth and tilt feature that's fully adjustable. This not only allows oversized tires to fit properly, but ensures the spare is securely mounted with the utmost stability. Order the model recommended for your Jeep application.
Additional features of Spartacus HD tire carriers include:
* Rugged construction for strength without weighing down your Jeep
* Tough satin black powdercoat finish defies the elements
* One-piece design maintains one-handed access to cargo area—and rigidly links the wheel mount to the reinforced section of the rear quarter panel
* Forged steel hinge brackets ensure superior load capacity and reduced wear to your tailgate
* Compatible with OE and most aftermarket rear bumpers
* Wheel mount lifts the mounting position and incorporates depth and tilt adjustability for large diameter/wide tire options
* Includes adjustable third brake light bracket (on select models)
* Rated for up to and including 37 in. wheel/tire combinations
* Installs easily, no drilling required
