Description
Mount your lower link arm to the chassis using Artec Industries inner frame brackets. They're made from 1/4 in. thick steel plate for strength, and have grease fitting access on top to allow easy maintenance of your joint. These brackets have a 2.625 in. mounting width, with a 9/16 in. bolt hole for common sized style cartridge joints. The skid plate on the bottom of each bracket wraps around the joint, protecting it from direct impact. This also decreases premature wear on the joint—and the skid plate design does not restrict movement of joint.
The tapered sides allow them to be mounted at an angle on the frame without excess material hanging off the side. Not only do the Artec inner frame brackets look better and more natural to the chassis, but they also mean you have less bracket sliding on the rocks and getting in the way.
