Now you can easily give your C20 or R20 truck adjustable ride height, adjustable shock valving and improved geometry with QA1's 1967-1991 C20/R20 front coilover conversion systems. Each kit comes with QA1's proven single or double adjustable coilover shocks—so you can change the valving to meet your specific needs—along with a variety of spring rate options. These shocks allow for ride height adjustability and are 100 percent dyno-tested and serialized. The QA1 upper and lower control arms are manufactured from steel tubing for increased strength and powdercoated for long-lasting durability; topped off with performance ball joints and low-friction, maintenance-free bushings. You can easily install the kit in your driveway or garage using basic hand tools. No welding required. Everything is included, all the way down to the hardware. Features of 1967-1991 C20/R20 front coilover conversion systems:
* Kits are available with single or double adjustable coilover shocks (please specify kit needed when ordering)
* Adjustable ride height with up to 1 in. to 3 in. of drop and up to 6 in. with aftermarket spindles
* Retains 8-bolt wheels
* Improves ride and handling
* Single-adjustable shocks with 18 clicks of valving adjustment gives you a very simple way to adjust your shocks without taking them off the truck—you can simply soften or stiffen the ride by turning one knob
* Double-adjustable shocks with 18 clicks of independent compression and rebound valving adjustment are great if you really want to fine-tune your shocks on the street or plan to track your truck
* No welding required
Fitment Notes: Total amount of ride height drop depends on wheel and tire fitment. Requires spindles that use 1971-1986 C20 ball joints.
