Manley LocCap wear caps are part of the ultimate assembly--a system that locks the lash cap into place using specially machined keepers to retain their position. In competitive engines, lash caps are designed to protect the tips of the valve stems. Varying thicknesses can also adjust valve clearances or attain a required valve stem protrusion. These small but essential parts are manufactured from strong alloys and are available in various diameters, both individually and in quantity packages.
