King TFC-Series engine main bearings feature a special factory applied nano-composite polymer coating—with no added thickness! The Top Fuel Line represents the culmination of the innovative and goal oriented research and production from King Engine bearings House. These bearings are available for a wide range of vehicles, especially year/make and engine applications from the 1960s and '70s.

TOP FUEL BEARINGS with K-40 POLYMER COATING: This coating composition was specially designed for engines experiencing continuous metal-to-metal contact, which is characteristic of the extreme loading and conditions found in various categories of drag racing. K-40 is used for Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Mod and similar applications—where bearings are required to resist metal-to-metal contact and deformation. Extreme loads cause the oil film to break down, allowing contact between the bearing and crankshaft surfaces. Maintaining low friction, even during the conditions of metal-to-metal contact, is crucial to the life of any engine bearing. King TFC bearings are designed to withstand the loading generated from 10,000 hp Top Fuel engines.

TFC winning attributes:

* HIGH STREGTH STEEL: able to withstand extreme loads
* SPECIAL DUCTILE BRONZE LINING: will not crack under significant plastic deformation caused by high power engine (10,000 hp)
* EXTRA THICK BABBIT LINING: strengthened by copper, excellent conformability
