Description
Cleveite crankshaft engine main bearing shim sets feature 100 percent lead-free aluminum silicon. Engineered with 60 percent more silicon than comparable competitive replacements, these spacers provide better conditioning of journal surfaces, resulting in greater seizure and wear resistance. Order the set recommended for your year/make and engine application.
Additional notes:
* Designed to be the highest quality replacement aluminum engine bearings available, Clevite bi-metal engine bearings set the standard
* Relatively harder aluminum alloy wears well, interacts closely with journal surfaces for strength
* Recommended for use with nodular iron crankshafts
* Manufactured with 100 percent bored inside diameters for optimum surface characteristics and consistent precision
* Manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications
