Description
Tires perform best when they're set at a pressure that's appropriate for the terrain. While highway use calls for relatively high pressures, lowering air pressure will dramatically improve traction in a range of off-road environments. Equally beneficial is the ability to re-inflate tires, including tires that have been repaired; punctures aren't unusual in extreme off-road conditions. In such environments, the value of owning an air compressor is priceless.
ARB Air Systems supplements its line of air compressors with complete vehicle-specific solutions for enthusiasts looking to equip their vehicles with compressors and accessories. The product range includes items such as air fittings, manifold kits, braided stainless steel PTFE hoses, forged aluminum air tanks, and air chuck mounting solutions. Together, these provide the necessary components to fit a complete air compressor system to a 4WD, allowing a vehicle to be outfitted front to back with on-demand air.
ARB also offers a full range of replacement parts and compressor components along with a variety of tire inflators and inflation kits. When coupled with good-quality tire repair equipment, ARB air compressor components and accessories provide the off-road traveler with independence and peace of mind.
