Description
Unlike most brush guards and bumpers, ARB Deluxe bars incorporate a fully engineered mounting system that completely replaces the factory bumper. Most are black powdercoated, have recessed turn signals, and retain original equipment fog lamps and tow points; while offering additional mounts for accessory lights, antennas, and winches. ARB's Deluxe bull bar selection is the most extensive in the business and they are loaded with features aimed at making remote area travel safe. No competitor's bumper offers the same degree of vehicle integration, protection, or functionality.
With an air bag equipped 4x4 it is essential that the vehicle's crush rate and air bag triggering are not altered when a bull bar is installed. ARB assesses each vehicle's frontal crush characteristics and replicates the crush rate into the design of the bull bar and its mounting system. This allows engineers to achieve maximum possible vehicle and passenger protection without affecting the crash pulse. ARB has invested heavily in vehicle crash barrier tests to validate the performance and compliance of its air bag compatible bull bars, and their bars offer a far greater level of protection than most standard brush or grille guards.
