Interested in a new exhaust system for your LML Duramax? Check out the ATLAS Dual DPF-Back exhaust system by aFe. This system is constructed from 4" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing and uses high quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers. This unit uses all factory mounting locations to provide a quick, hassle-free installation. Also included in this exhaust system are dual massive 6" high temp black powder-coated stainless steel tips with laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badges.. ATLAS exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value. Single To Dual Exhaust Conversion: This exhaust is designed to convert the standard single exhaust into an aggressive dual exhaust. Fits With Spare Tire: This exhaust system fits perfectly without relocating the spare tire. OE Fit: OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Flow and Performance: This ATLAS exhaust system is constructed of 4" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. Massive 6" Black Tips: Finishing off the exhaust are dual powder-coated high temp black 304 stainless steel exhaust tips. This tip features a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badge for an aggressive style.
Product Overview
A true 5" from the down-pipe back, the new ATLAS exhaust is engineered to perform in the most extreme environments. This system is constructed from mandrel bent 5" aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower, increased torque and lower EGT’s. This system is available in 5" down-pipe back without muffler. ATLAS exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value.
*Installation is a Snap:*
ATLAS exhaust systems utilize a 2-piece tailpipe design for a perfect fit by allowing adjustability at the tailpipe section. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.
*Leak-Free Seal:*
High quality OE style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.
*Aggressive Sound:*
A muffler delete-pipe is used for a true race-inspired sound and maximum flow.
*Perfect Fit:*
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.
*Flow and Performance:*
ATLAS exhaust systems are constructed of 4" or 5" mandrel bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s.
