Description

Allstar Performance punch and flare tools are designed to add strength and a smooth finish to hole edges. They can be used to punch and flare new holes, or to flare existing holes. Starting with a small center hole, the punch halves bolt together to cut and flare at the same time. The tools are available for holes ranging from 1.5 in. to 3 in.

Additional Information

This tool will cut a 1-1/2 hole in up to 20 gauge(.0359) steel or 18 gauge(.0403) aluminum. Hole size is increased to about 1-5/8 when hole is flared. Replacement Mandrel Bolt ALL99149.
