Description
ZyCoat ZyCor color coat is an innovative, durable, and effective thermal corrosion protection solution that outperforms tapes, wraps, and other spray coatings. This underhood and under car high temp insulating coating is to be applied as a top coat over ZyCor Primer (sold separately) to provide corrosion resistance and attractive color to headers, manifolds, exhaust, and turbos.
ZyCoat ZyCor color coat features and benefits include:
* High-temperature corrosion-resistant (color) coating
* Available in several colors
* Packaged in easy-to-apply aerosol or pint/quart cans
* Can be applied to automotive, marine, powersports, off-road, and heavy truck components
* Air dry for 8 hours or oven cure (350 degrees F for 30 minutes)
* Tested and proven to perform well in excess of automotive high temperatures
* ZyCor Primer sold separately and must be applied first before applying ZyCor color coat product
Important Note: Do not oven cure the primer prior to applying the ZyCor color coat. Allow primer to dry 30 minutes and then apply ZyCor color coat for best results.
