Description
TeraFlex Alpha HD adjustable spare tire mounts will secure your Jeep's full-size spare while exploring the most extreme trails and rugged terrain. These brackets affix to the factory tailgate and also include a third brake light mount and rear view camera mount. The tire mounts include vertical, as well as fore and aft, adjustments. The heavily gusseted mounts are formed and welded from CNC laser-cut steel for superior strength, while the adjustable tire carrier is constructed from strong, lightweight 6061-T6 extruded aluminum. TeraFlex Alpha will fit up to a max 39 in. tire (when used with tailgate reinforcement). All necessary hardware is included.
Features and benefits:
* Innovative and unique design with easy adjustability
* Relocates third brake light from behind tailgate to behind spare tire
* Third brake light quick-release
* Includes new hard-anodized billet aluminum rear view camera mount
* Maintains single one-handed entry to the rear cargo area
* Eliminates tailgate stress and rattles
* No aftermarket bumper purchase required; works with OEM and most aftermarket bumpers
* Ease of installation; can be performed using common hand tools, no drilling required
* 1,000-hour extreme salt spray testing
* OEM-quality UV-resistant powdercoat finish
