Timbren BES Severe-Duty Rotors are engineered to solve the most common failure point in heavy-duty braking: heat. When hauling heavy equipment or campers, standard rotors often break down because of thermal stress, leading to warping, pedal pulsation, and dangerous brake fade. Timbren addresses this with OnyxBond™ technology, a proprietary matte black finish that provides a superior barrier against both corrosion and extreme temperatures. While typical zinc-coated rotors fail as temperatures rise, OnyxBond is rated for 932 degrees Fahrenheit, offering a 67% higher heat threshold to keep your braking performance consistent mile after mile. Beyond heat management, these rotors are manufactured for professional-grade smoothness. Each unit is fly-cut balanced to eliminate the vibrations and "shudder" that often occur during high-torque stops. The protective OnyxBond™ layer also serves as a robust defense against road salt and moisture, ensuring that the cooling vanes remain clear of rust and debris for maximum longevity. Designed as a precision, direct-fit replacement for your factory equipment, these rotors allow for a straightforward installation that immediately upgrades your truck's reliability. Whether you are navigating job site traffic or long highway hauls, the Timbren BES rotor provides the structural integrity and thermal recovery needed for the most demanding towing applications.
