Description

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This kit requires general welding and fabrication skills. Includes RockJock Johnny Joints. Axle housing, inner C's, brake, and steering components not included.

Artec Industries 1-ton APEX front axle swap truss kits are heavy-duty truss and bracket systems for the Spidertrax 9 in. or Super Duty front 60 axles. They are designed for taking serious abuse and reinforcing the entire axle while also providing the factory link, spring, anti-sway bar, and shock locations. The 3/16 in. thick mild steel truss incorporates a unique peaked design to strengthen both the axle and incorporate the link brackets for ease of installation. By using the truss to align the link mounts, hours of work through trial and error can be avoided when compared to other bracket systems. Simply tack weld the truss on the axle, and all the other brackets fit into place exactly where they need to be. Artec APEX 1-ton front axle swap truss kits are offered with different upper control arm mounting styles. Choose the one you prefer, designed for your Jeep.

Features and benefits:

* Patent pending APEX truss peaked top design providing increased rigidity
* In-house CNC precision laser-cut and bent from 1/4 in. mild steel for a great fit
* Designed using 3-D models directly from Ford and Jeep for an amazing fit and clearance of surrounding components
* 70 percent less welding needed, less chance of warping, and quick turnaround
* Dimpled holes not only provide weight reduction but rigidity and strength
* Truss extends under coil buckets all the way to inner C for end-to-end rigidity
* Heavy-duty track bar bracket can slide to multiple positions for steering geometry fine tuning
* Three UCA mount styles available:
-- Single adjustable truss upper link mount for use with 2.63 in. wide joints in a 3-link style suspension
-- Daystar bushings in factory location
-- RockJock Johnny Joints in factory location
