Description
Artec industries High-Clearance Comp front bumpers are available for a variety of Jeep applications. The bumpers are fabricated from CNC laser-cut steel for ultimate resilience and include a sleek aerospace-grade skid. They also feature superior clearance, an integrated winch mount—and a robust grille guard hoop (some models only).
Features and benefits:
* Offers increased clearance and an improved approach angle, complemented by an integrated fairlead mount
* Constructed using 1/4 in. and 3/16 in. CNC laser-cut and formed steel
* Installation requires drilling and cutting 5.25 in. off the front frame horns, enhancing the approach angle
* Features high clearance that bolts directly to a modified frame, anchored by an internal PEM plate
* Incorporates a winch mount, crafted from 1/4 in. thick steel, ensuring enhanced rigidity
* Designed with internal gussets and is directly tied to shackle mounts, delivering unmatched strength
* Boasts shackle mounts made of 3/4 in. thick high-strength alloy steel
* Features a 3/16 in. aerospace-grade aluminum bash skid, meticulously machined for countersunk hardware, ensuring a sleek finish
* Skillfully contoured to provide an optimal approach angle and ample tire clearance
* Offers multiple sway bar mounting solutions, though it's worth noting that the OEM electric sway bar is not compatible
* Boasts an approximate total weight of 55 lbs. (or 65 lbs. with hoop)
* The distinctive bull bar hoop is crafted from sturdy 1.75 in. DOM tubing (some models only)
* Large plate steel gussets reinforce the hoop, adding both strength and style (some models only)
