Description

BluePrint Engines Ford 408 c.i.d. 450 HP EFI Stroker engines are complete long block dressed engine assemblies. They deliver 450 hp and 470 lbs.-ft. of torque. The engines feature a compression ratio of 10.0:1, aluminum heads, hydraulic roller cam, cast steel crankshaft, and forged pistons.

* Blueprint Engines high-strength block
* Square and parallel decked
* Line honed main bearing bore
* Cylinders honed on computer-controlled machine to within .0002 straightness and roundness
* Cylinders are sonic tested for thickness
* 4-bolt mains

ROTATING ASSEMBLY:
* New cast steel crankshaft
* 4.000 in. stroke
* Forged I-Beam 6.123 in. connecting rods
* Forged pistons
* External 28 oz. balance front and rear

CYLINDER HEADS:
* BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads
* 60cc chamber
* 2.02 in. intake/1.60 in. exhaust valves
* 90cc intake/65cc exhaust runners

CAM SPECS:
* Hydraulic roller camshaft
* .579 Intake / .579 Exhaust
* 236 Intake / 248 Exhaust duration at .050 - 114 degree lobe separation

ALSO INCLUDES:

* Complete Holley Sniper 2 EFI system
