BluePrint Builder Series 632/815HP Blackout Reaper crate engine and 4L80E transmission combos take away the hassle of properly pairing a carbureted Chevy Gen VI big block 454 performance engine and 4-speed automatic transmission for your build. These powerful assemblies deliver 815 horsepower and 775 lbs.-ft. of torque with BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads and hydraulic roller camshaft to go with forged pistons, a forged crankshaft, and forged connecting rods. The front accessory drive includes the alternator, power steering pump, A/C compressor, and water pump for the cast iron block which features a tall deck. * Compression ratio of 11.0:1
* Camshaft offers 0.698 in. intake/exhaust lift with 272 intake and 282 exhaust duration at 0.050 in. lift and a 110 LSA
* Stroke is 4.750 in. with 6.635 in. long connecting rods
* Block is a one-piece rear main seal, 4-bolt main setup with a 4.600 in. bore and mechanical fuel pump provision
* Rotating assembly is internally balanced and features H-beam connecting rods
* BluePrint PS8012 cylinder heads provide a 119cc combustion chamber, 2.300 in. intake and 1.880 in. exhaust valves, plus 358cc intake/125cc exhaust runners and a 0.300 in. raised exhaust port (compared to OEM casting)
* This combo also includes the 1,250 cfm carburetor, electric fuel pump, single plane satin finished aluminum intake manifold, spark plugs/wires, valve covers, Pro Billet distributor, harmonic balancer, thermostat with housing, and an oil pan
* Spark plug model BPP7938 NGK 7938 BKR5E (0.750 in. reach, 14mm thread, 5/8 in. hex, plug; gapped to 0.035 in.)
* Harmonic balancer is non-weighted
Transmission features and details include:
* Electronic transmission controller
* Lockup capable
* Torque converter with 3,800-4,200 rpm advertised stall rating
* Flexplate (non-weighted) and starter
* Gear ratios are 2.482:1 (first), 1.482:1 (second), 1.000:1 (third), 0.750:1 (fourth), and 2.077:1 (reverse)
* Builder's responsibility to verify clearances for exhaust routing, shift linkage, steering components, etc.
* Low profile front accessory design may require fabrication for power steering hoses, alternator wiring, and any additional fittings

* Initial timing is 10-16 degrees
