This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 2003-2006 Porsche Cayenne S 4.5L. MagnaFlow 52366 includes (2) Flange Gaskets, (4) Bolts, (4) Nuts and interchanges with OE parts 955 113 021 00, 955 113 021 01, 955 113 021 AX. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with California or Federal/EPA Emission systems.
