This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 2014-2016 Cadillac ELR 1.4L & 2012-2015 Chevrolet Volt 1.4L. MagnaFlow 21-481 includes (1) Flange Gasket, (1) Torca Clamp and interchanges with OE parts 23124569, 25942061. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with California or Federal/EPA Emission systems.
