Hooker Blackheart transmission crossmember hoops are part of the most comprehensive line of Gen III Hemi swap components available for the Mopar B-body. They allow the installation of the popular NAG1 5-speed or 8HP70 8-speed automatic transmission when used with the correct adapter plate. Hooker hoops replace the very narrow factory hoops on the original upper transmission crossmember allowing clearance for driveshaft coupler and speed sensor tone rings. When used in combination with the Hooker Blackheart transmission crossmember, they provide a bolt-in clearance solution with OEM strength and durability with no need for any fabrication or welding.
Features include:
* 1/2 in. steel upper hoop provides the necessary structural integrity when used with Hooker Blackheart transmission crossmember
* No cutting of the transmission tunnel required
* Uses the OEM mounting holes
