Description
Heat from your bike's exhaust system can become uncomfortable, especially riding in slow traffic. This issue really comes into focus for those with shorter legs, as well as the reluctance to disrupt the attractive lines and appearance of your motorcycle's exhaust.
DEI heat shield liners insulate the outer heat shield without disturbing the looks of your bike. Each piece is precision cut to fit in-between the exhaust pipe and the heat shield, blocking heat transfer and lowering the surface temperatures of the outer shield. The kits are easy to install with no permanent modifications needed and feature dual-layer aluminum construction along with DEI's proprietary Dura 2000 insulating material that offers over a 60 percent reduction in heat. Choose the heat shield liner kit designed for your motorcycle.
Additional features and benefits:
* Reduces heat radiating from exhaust system giving the rider and passenger a cooler ride
* CNC-cut for a perfect fit
* Installs inside factory shield to be completely hidden when installed
* Aluminum layer reflects heat from exhaust
* Insulating material keeps heat away
* Complete head pipe kits
