DEI's custom cut damping kits take the guess work out of creating a cool, quiet, comfortable interior in your Sprinter, Transit, or ProMaster Van. These CNC custom cut kits include insulation pieces for each specific area of your interior. This reduces installation time and gives the right solution to properly insulate your van. Boom Mat damping material kits eliminate squeak and rattles, and spray adhesive to help you complete installation. Detailed instructions are included to make installation simple. Select the custom cut damping kit designed for your make/model vehicle.
Product Overview:
• Each damping kit is custom designed specifically per vehicle make and model
• Custom cut 30mm thick D-Mat insulation controls, heat, cold and absorbs noise—the custom crafted pieces are measured and precisely cut using in-house waterjet machines, so that kit fits right the first time
• Damping material eliminates, vibrations, squeaks and rattles
• D-Mat material is a polymer blend packed with dense fibers to minimize noise and vibrations while insulating the vehicle from heat and cold
• Environmentally friendly—D-Mat material is mildew and bacteria-resistant, and contains no chemicals or odors
• Unlike fiberglass insulation, D-Mat is not itchy, nor does it release harmful fibers into the air, additionally, the material is hypoallergenic, recyclable, and designed for use in vehicles of all types
• Economical insulating solution—offers dynamic insulating capabilities
• Comfortable interior at any temperature
• Quick and easy installation—simply follow the easy-to-use DEI template by matching the number on the diagram with the number on the individual insulation piece
• Passes FMVSS-302 flammability test—D-Mat material meets both Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards FMVSS 302 and Canadian Safety Standard CMVSS 302 for flammability
