Canton Racing SBC rear main seal adapters convert your 1986 and later blocks with one-piece rear main seals to accept an older style 2-piece seal crankshaft. These adapters are essential when installing an early-style (1985 and earlier) crankshaft into 1986 and later blocks. When using these adapters, an oil pan for a 1985 and earlier block with a right side dipstick must be used. They are made from billet aluminum and hardware is included.
