Description
CURT trailer safety chain holder brackets make it easy to keep your trailer safety chains from dragging on the ground while towing. These brackets securely bolt onto virtually any 2 in. x 2 in. shank and feature two wire hooks to provide a convenient, intermediate hanger point for the safety chains (not included). Unlike other chain hanger options, these brackets bolt into place to stay firmly mounted, even after you uncouple your trailer—so there is no separate piece that can be dropped, lost or stolen! * Steel construction with corrosion-resistant zinc finish
* Bracket clamps onto virtually any standard 2 in. ball mount shank, as long as the shank has 1 1/8 in. of clearance between the mount and the hitch receiver
* Hook on the bracket still maintains proper safety chain function for the trailer disconnect
* Includes holder bracket and hardware
Important safety note: Hangers serve as intermediate connection only. Always connect safety chains to proper safety loops.
