Product Overview
EXCEPT Convertible. This 3" diameter True Dual Quad Tip BORLA Cat-Back system features a merge X-Pipe for increased performance and improved sound. Muffler contains Polyphonic Harmonizer technolgy which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. This system features the aggressive ATAK sound with no drone inside the vehicle and 4" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and is for vehicles WITHOUT the Active Exhaust feature. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and carbon fiber tips are also available. If your car has 1 tip on each muffler and you want to upgrade it to 2 tips on each muffler (also know as quad tips), this is the system for you. It is designed to work with the quad tip (2 tips per muffler) O.E. Ford Valance ONLY. If you want to install this system on a vehicle that came with one tip per muffler you will need to buy and install a different valance. Ford quad tip valance part numbers: With Parking Sensors = PR3Z-17F828-DA, Without Parking Sensors = PR3Z-17F828-CA. BORLA Cat-Back and Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology designed to unleash hidden horsepower.
