The BORLA Team has an awesome sounding exhaust for your Sonata. Our 2.25" diameter Cat-Back™ system is specifically tuned for the Hyundai 1.6L engine. The S-Type system delivers a sound that is much sportier than stock, yet far from obnoxious, and is drone-free. System includes a flow plate to eliminate check engine light that may be caused by the increase of airflow of the BORLA system. The muffler features BORLA's Polyphonic Exhaust Harmonizer technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full bodied sound. The system features dual 3.5" round bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. A system with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips is also available. BORLA Cat-Back™ & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology to unleash hidden horsepower.
